1.ਪ੍ਰੀਖਿਆ ਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਾਂ-ਸਾਰਣੀ 15.11.2025 ਨੂੰ ਜਾਂ ਇਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ https://sangrur.dcourts.gov.in/notice-category/recruitments/ ‘ਤੇ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਖਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ/ਪੱਤਰ ਜਾਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਨੂੰ ਰੁਟੀਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਖਣ।
2.ਮਿਤੀ 10.11.2025 ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮ 5:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਅਰਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੇ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾਣਗੀਆਂ। ਇਹ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਡਾਕ ਦੇਰੀ ਜਾਂ ਗਲਤ ਡਿਲੀਵਰੀ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
3.ਗਲਤ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਭਰੇ ਗਏ ਜਾਂ ਅਧੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਵਾਲੇ ਫਾਰਮ ਸਰਸਰੀ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ। ਇਸ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿਹਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
4.ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਪੋਸਟਾਂ ਦੀ ਗਿਣਤੀ ਘਟ ਜਾਂ ਵਧ ਜਾਂ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ।
5.ਜੇਕਰ ਰਾਖਵੀਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਢੁਕਵਾਂ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਉਪਲਬਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ, ਤਾਂ ਰਾਖਵੀਂ ਪੋਸਟ ਜਨਰਲ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਦੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਭਰੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
6.ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਕੀ ਕਾਰਨਾਂ ਕਰਕੇ, ਉਪਰੋਕਤ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਟੈਸਟ ਰੱਦ/ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਸਥਿਤੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਇਹ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
7.ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਚੁਣਿਆ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ। ਇਹ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੱਸੇ ਗਏ ਚੋਣ ਮਾਪਦੰਡਾਂ ਆਦਿ ਸਮੇਤ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਨਿਯਮ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਦਲਣ/ਸੋਧਣ ਜਾਂ ਬਦਲਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
