ਆਮ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ:i.
(1) ਇਹ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ।
(2) ਇਹ ਅਸਾਮੀਆਂ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮੇ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸਮੇਂ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੇ ਇਕਰਾਰਨਾਮਾ ਖਤਮ/ਬੰਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ। ਹਾਲਾਂਕਿ, ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਤੋਂ ਜਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਮਹੀਨਾ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਦੇਣੀ ਚਾਹੀਦੀ ਹੈ।ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਤਿਮਾਹੀ ਕੁੱਲ 5 ਛੁੱਟੀਆਂ ਮਿਲਣਗੀਆਂ।
(3). ਚੋਣ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਅਹੁਦੇ ‘ਤੇ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੈਡੀਕਲ ਫਿਟਨੈਸ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੈ।
(4). ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਘੱਟੋ-ਘੱਟ ਯੋਗਤਾਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਰਤੀ ਹੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਲਈ ਚੁਣੇ ਜਾਣ ਦਾ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀ।
(5). ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਕਫ਼ ਬੋਰਡ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ/ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਧਣ/ਮੁਲਤਵੀ ਕਰਨ/ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਜਾਂ/ਅਤੇ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕੋਈ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੱਸੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੜਾਅ ‘ਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਸ਼ਰਤ ਨੂੰ ਢਿੱਲ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹੈ।
(6). ਚੋਣ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਾਮਲਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਕਫ਼ ਬੋਰਡ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਪੱਤਰ ਵਿਹਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਵਿਚਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
(7). ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁੱਧਤਾ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੈ। ਜੇਕਰ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਪਾਇਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਗਲਤ/ਝੂਠੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਰੱਦ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
(8). ਕਿਸੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਅਣਉਚਿਤ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੀ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਅਯੋਗਤਾ ਲਈ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਠਹਿਰਾਏਗੀ।
(9). ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਲਾਹ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਕਫ਼ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ (https://waqf.punjab.gov.in/) ‘ਤੇ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਜਾਣ। ਇਸ ਸੰਬੰਧੀ ਸਾਰੇ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੈੱਬਸਾਈਟ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਣਗੇ।
