1. ਇਹ ਨਿਯੁਕਤੀ ਅਸਥਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਤੀ ਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਠੇਕੇ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ, ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਮਿਆਦ ਲਈ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਤਸੱਲੀਬਖਸ਼ ਕੰਮ, ਆਚਰਣ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਅਤੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤ ਦੇ ਅਧਾਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਜਾ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ।
2. ਚੁਣੇ ਗਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਿਹਨਤਾਨੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਸ਼ਚਿਤ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਪਰਿਵਰਤਨਸ਼ੀਲ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਗੱਲਬਾਤਯੋਗ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਿਆ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਟੀਡੀਐਸ ਆਦਿ ਵਰਗੀਆਂ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਕਟੌਤੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਂ-ਸਮੇਂ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਚਲਿਤ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਲਾਗੂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।
3. ਦਿਲਚਸਪੀ ਰੱਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਯੋਗ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਸੀਵੀ ਨਾਮ, ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਨਾਮ, ਜਨਮ ਮਿਤੀ, ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਸਵੀਂ ਜਮਾਤ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੇ ਅੰਕ, ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਤਜਰਬਾ, ਸੰਪਰਕ ਵੇਰਵੇ (ਈ-ਮੇਲ ਅਤੇ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ), ਫੋਟੋ ਸਮੇਤ ਭੇਜ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ।
4. ਮਿਲਕਡ ਕੋਲ ਰੈਜ਼ਿਊਮੇ ਦਾ ਮੁਲਾਂਕਣ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਚੁਣੇ ਹੋਏ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਗਲੇ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਲਈ ਬੁਲਾਉਣ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰ ਰਾਖਵਾਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਨੇਜਿੰਗ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ, ਮਿਲਕਫੈੱਡ ਦਾ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੰਪੂਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਸ਼ਾਰਟਲਿਸਟ ਕੀਤੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਚੋਣ ਲਈ ਅਗਲੇ ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਲਈ ਵੇਰਕਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਦਫਤਰ, ਚੰਡੀਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿਖੇ ਬੁਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
5. ਇੰਟਰਵਿਊ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਕੋਈ ਟੀਏ/ਡੀਏ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
