The candidate should be familiar with the organization and functions of the state and local public health systems/ State AIDS Control Societies. |
| 02 | Data Monitoring and Documentation Officer (DMDO) SC (Female) 37,500/- 45 years | Master degree in Public Health/HealthCare Management /HealthCare Administration/Social Science/Applied Epidemiology/Demography/Statistics/Bio Statistics/Population Sciences/Mathematics/ Economics. One year experience for candidate with a Master’s Degree in Public Health/Health care management/HealthCare Administration /Applied Epidemiology. |

Punjab State AIDS Control Society Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
| Selection Criteria Staff Nurse | 1.There will be written examination for the post of Staff Nurse. 2.The selection criteria will be 100% weightage (35% minimum passing marks) for written test and the selection will be done on the merit of marks obtained in the written test. |
| Selection Criteria (DMDO) | 1.There will be written test (50% minimum passing marks) and interview for the above-mentioned post 02.There will also be computer typing test (English 30 WPM) and computer knowledge test (minimum 50% marks to qualify) as qualifying criteria for the above-mentioned post. |
| Selection Criteria (CPO) | 01. 50 percent weight age for written test (minimum 50 % marks to qualify) 02. 20 percent weight age for Computer test (minimum 50 % marks to qualify) and computer typing test (30 WPM) qualifying criteria. 03. 10 marks for higher qualification M.Phil in Sociology/Social Work/Psychology Ph. D in Sociology/Social Work/Psychology 04. Total 10 marks for experience 05. (In case of experience of working in Targeted Intervention Project /LWS / OST – 1/2 mark for 1 year- Maximum 5 marks) 06. In case of experience of working in SACS/TSU/SETU/DISHA/DAPCU – 1 mark for 1 year experience- Maximum 5 marks) 07. 10 marks for Interview |
