| ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਵਿਧੀ: | 1. ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ https://sssb.punjab.gov.in 3 “Recruitment” Menu ਅਧੀਨ “Group C” ਲਿੰਕ ਤੇ ਕਲਿਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਮਿਤੀ 26-11-2025 ਤੋਂ 26-12-2025 ਸ਼ਾਮ 5:00 ਵਜੇ ਤੱਕ ਕੇਵਲ ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਹੀ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰ ਸਕਦੇ ਹਨ। ਹੋਰ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਵਿਧੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਐਪਲੀਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਦ ਸਮਝੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ 2.ਆਨਲਾਈਨ ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ (procedure) ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਇਸ ਭਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲਿੰਕ (“Recruitment” Menu ਅਧੀਨ “Group C”) ਹੇਠ ਟਾਈਟਲ “Instructions for applyting online” ਹੇਠ ਦਰਜ਼ ਹਨ। ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਲਿੰਕ ਤੇ ਕਲਿਕ ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਇੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਨਾਲ ਪੜ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਹਰ ਇੱਕ Step ਨੂੰ ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਕਰਨ। 3.ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਬੋਰਡ ਦੀ ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦ ਭਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਲਿੰਕ ਤੇ ਕਲਿਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ Clerk ਲਿੰਕ ਤੇ ਕਲਿਕ ਕਰਨ। ਇਸ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨਿੱਜੀ ਡਿਟੇਲ ਭਰਕੇ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਸਫਲ ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ Username ਅਤੇ Password Generate ਹੋ ਜਾਏਗਾ, ਜਿਸਦੀ ਵਰਤੋਂ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਫਿਰ ਤੋਂ Login ਕਰਕੇ Step-wise ਹਰ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਮੁਕਮਲ Application Form ਭਰਨਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ Submit ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਪ੍ਰੰਤੂ ਇਹ Application Form ਫੀਸ ਦੀ ਸਫਲਤਾਪੂਰਵਕ ਅਦਾਇਗੀ ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਹੀ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। 4.ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ Online Application Form ਭਰਨ ਸਮੇਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਾਈਜ਼ ਫੋਟੋਗਰਾਫ, ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਅਤੇ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਅਕ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਮੈਟਰਿਕ ਦਾ ਜਨਮ ਮਿਤੀ ਵਾਲਾ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ, ਗਰੈਜੁਏਸ਼ਨ, ਪੋਸਟ ਗਰੇਜੁਏਸ਼ਨ, ਕੰਪਿਊਟਰ ਯੋਗਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੈਟਾਗਰੀ ਆਦਿ ਨਾਲ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਸਕੈਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇੰਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਪਲੋਡ ਹੋਣ ਅਤੇ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ Online Application –Form Submit ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਹੀ ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ/ਅਦਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾ ਸਕੇਗੀ। 5.ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਦੀ ਆਖਰੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਫੀਸ ਭਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ Login ਕਰਨਗੇ। Login ਕਰਨ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ “Proceed to Fee Payment ਤੇ ਕਲਿਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਅਪਣੀ ਫੀਸ ਪੇ ਕਰਨਗੇ। 6.ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੀ ਫੀਸ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਵਾਉਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਹੀ Online ਅਪਲਾਈ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਹੋ ਸਕੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ Online Application Form ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਹੀ ਫੀਸ ਅਦਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਦੋ ਦਿਨ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਅਗਲੀ ਮਿਤੀ ਤੋਂ Online Application Form Generate/Download ਹੋ ਸਕੇਗਾ। ਉਮੀਦਵਾਰ ਇਸ ਫਾਰਮ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਟ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਭਵਿੱਖ ਲਈ ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕੇ ਰੱਖਣ ਲਈ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਹੋਣਗੇ। |
